Energy-AI infrastructure intelligence

Vistergy provides energy-AI infrastructure intelligence for organisations navigating the clean energy (LNG, Nuclear, hydrogen, solar) and AI nexus. We help energy companies, data centre developers, nuclear operators, infrastructure investors, and sovereign wealth funds understand the complex intersection of energy systems, AI compute, and power deployment, with a primary focus on nuclear-AI integration, where proven baseload capacity meets hyperscale demand. Vistergy is an appointed supplier on four UK Government frameworks (including CCS AI DPS, ONS Data Science DPS, ESC Consultancy PSL), and NSPA, demonstrating procurement maturity across AI, data science, energy, and cloud advisory.

What we do

We combine geospatial analysis, systematic planning frameworks, and infrastructure intelligence to accelerate decision-making for nuclear/energy-AI integration. Our work spans three areas:

• Atlas geospatial platform | Interactive platform tracking nuclear facilities and data centers globally with satellite monitoring, construction progress analysis, and co-location opportunity assessment.

• Energy-AI nexus advisory | Strategic consulting for organisations evaluating nuclear and data centre co-location, clean energy infrastructure (solar, LNG, hydrogen), decommissioned site restart feasibility, and behind-the-meter power arrangements.

Our approach

Infrastructure decisions require systematic analysis of capacity, proximity, regulatory environments, and economic feasibility. We built atlas.vistergy.com to provide transparent, data-driven intelligence on critical infrastructure, from operational reactors and SMR deployment pipelines to hyperscale data centre clusters, so organisations can evaluate opportunities with confidence.

Leadership

Vistergy is led by David Ayeni (CEng, Director and Principal Consultant) and Adora Ayeni (Director and majority shareholder). The team brings backgrounds in engineering, critical infrastructure, data science, geospatial technology, and energy systems planning. Vistergy is a majority woman-owned business.

Institutional engagement

Vistergy participated in the IAEA International Symposium on AI for Nuclear Technology (December 2025), contributing to nuclear-AI convergence thought leadership at the institutional level.
